- Preheat oven to 180° C and line a lasagna dish with GLAD Cook ‘n’ Bake.
- Place beef in one layer onto the GLAD Cook ‘n’ Bake and cover with the sliced onions.
- Combine the red wine, tomato paste, sugar, garlic and salt and pepper and pour over the chops. Tightly cover with GLAD Aluminum Foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Prepare the marinade and pour over cooked meat.
- Serve with seasonal vegetables and garnish with chopped parsley.
