Soy & Ginger Fish


½ cup light soy sauce

1 ½ tbsp grated ginger

1 bunch chives

4 boneless fish fillet

1 tomato chopped

1 pc red bell pepper

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 small chopped red onion

chopped chili flakes to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine soy sauce, ginger, chives , tomato, minced garlic, chopped red onion and chili flakes in a small bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Place each fish fillet in the centre of a piece of GLAD Cook ‘n’ Bake to seal the fish parcels.
  3. Place on a baking tray seam aside down and steam in the oven for 10 minutes turning once during the cooking time. Alternatively, the fish parcels can be steamed in a large bamboo steamer on the stovetop.
  4. Cooking time is around 10-12 minutes.
