Sultana Bars

Ingredients

¾ cup + 2 tbsp melted butter

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 ¼ cups brown sugar

1 tsp baking soda

2/3 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup chopped sultanas/raisins

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325° F.
  2. Line a 7″x13″ pan with GLAD Cook ‘n’ Bake and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, blend butter and eggs, mix in remaining ingredients until well blended.
  4. Pour unto prepared pan and GLAD Cook ‘n’ Bake for 45 minutes or until top is firm to the touch.
  5. Let cool completely before slicing.
