¾ cup + 2 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 ¼ cups brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped sultanas/raisins
- Pre-heat oven to 325° F.
- Line a 7″x13″ pan with GLAD Cook ‘n’ Bake and set aside.
- In a bowl, blend butter and eggs, mix in remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Pour unto prepared pan and GLAD Cook ‘n’ Bake for 45 minutes or until top is firm to the touch.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
